Shipping Area

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states only.

Note: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and deliverable, including Suite, Apt, Room, etc.

Shipping Policy

  1. Regular Products:  Ships within 2–3 business days after order confirmation (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  2. Pre-Order Products:  Available during special festive periods only.
  3. Frozen Products: Must be ordered separately and cannot be combined with regular items.
    • California: Next-day delivery
    • Other States: 2-day shipping
  • Orders are shipped via UPS. *Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after shipping. Delays may occur due to stock, address issues, weather, or other unexpected factors.

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

  1. Shipping Fees: Based on package weight, size, and UPS rates.
  2. Free Shipping Offers:
  • Regular items (non-frozen): Free shipping on orders over $99
  •  Frozen items: Free shipping on orders over $200

(Both after discounts, excluding tax and shipping)

Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days after confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Packages are expected to arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to stock availability, address accuracy, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover
  • Debit Cards

Not Accepted: Credit cards issued outside the U.S., gift cards, cash, checks, or money orders.

Payment Policy:

  • Payments are charged upon order confirmation. If payment fails, the order will be automatically canceled, and refunds will be processed within 2-14 business days back to the original payment method.
  • For security purposes, some orders may require pre-authorization. The pre-authorized amount will only be held temporarily and will not be formally charged.

Sales Tax and Additional Fees

  • Sales Tax: Calculated based on state tax laws applicable to the shipping destination. Some states may also tax shipping fees.
  • California Surcharge: Per California law, a CRV (California Redemption Value) fee is applied to beverage products.

Shipping Delays or Failures

iTaiwan Foods is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by:

  1. Out-of-stock items.
  2. Incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
  3. Packages left undelivered or unsigned for at the destination. Redelivery fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
  4. Force majeure events, such as natural disasters, transportation issues, or policy restrictions.
