🚚 運送政策 Shipping Policy

1. 一般商品：在訂單確認後 2–3 個工作天內出貨（週一至週五，不含假日）。

2. 預購商品：僅在特定節日活動期間提供。

3. 冷凍商品：需 單獨訂購（不能與其他常溫商品合併配送）。

📌 運送速度示意：

• 加州內可達到 隔日送達

• 其他州約 2 天到貨所有訂單皆透過 UPS 物流配送，並預估 出貨後 3–5 個工作天送達。

• 實際到貨時間可能受庫存、地址錯誤、天氣或其他不可控因素影響。

1. Regular Products:  Ships within 2–3 business days after order confirmation (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
2. Pre-Order Products:  Available during special festive periods only.
3. Frozen Products: Must be ordered separately and cannot be combined with regular items.

  • Other States: 2-day shipping

• Orders are shipped via UPS. *Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after shipping. Delays may occur due to stock, address issues, weather, or other unexpected factors.

💰 運費與免運優惠 Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

1. 運費計算：依據包裹重量、尺寸及 UPS 運費規則計算。

2. 免運門檻：

   • 常溫商品（非冷凍）：訂單滿 $99 以上（折扣後金額，不含稅費與運費） 免運

   • 冷凍商品：訂單滿 $200 以上（折扣後金額，不含稅費與運費）免運 
     ※ 年菜優惠組合另收固定運費

1. Shipping Fees: Based on package weight, size, and UPS rates.
2. Free Shipping Offers:

• Regular items (non-frozen): Free shipping on orders over $99
•  Frozen items: Free shipping on orders over $200  
  ※ Lunar Feast bundles are excluded from free shipping and have a fixed shipping fee.

(Both after discounts, excluding tax and shipping)

⏱️ 出貨與預估到貨時間 Delivery Time

• 處理時間：訂單確認後 2–3 個工作天內出貨（週末與假日不計算）。

• 預估到貨：出貨後約 3–5 個工作天。
  ⚠ 實際配送時間可能依庫存、地址、天氣等因素有所延遲。

• Processing Time: Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days after confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Estimated Delivery Time: Packages are expected to arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to stock availability, address accuracy, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

💳 付款方式 Payment Methods 

我們接受以下付款方式：
✔ 信用卡：VISA、MasterCard、Discover
✔ 簽帳卡（Debit Cards）
❌ 不接受的付款方式：美國境外發卡之信用卡、禮品卡、現金、支票或匯票。

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit Cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover
• Debit Cards

Not Accepted: Credit cards issued outside the U.S., gift cards, cash, checks, or money orders.

🔐 付款政策 Payment Policy:

1. 在訂單確認時即 收取付款金額。

2. 如付款失敗，訂單會 自動取消，退款會在 2–14 個工作天內退回原付款方式。

3. 為了安全考量，部分訂單可能需要付款 預授權，此授權僅暫時保留，不會真正收款。

• Payments are charged upon order confirmation. If payment fails, the order will be automatically canceled, and refunds will be processed within 2-14 business days back to the original payment method.
• For security purposes, some orders may require pre-authorization. The pre-authorized amount will only be held temporarily and will not be formally charged.

🧾 銷售稅與額外費用 Sales Tax and Additional Fees

• 銷售稅依 收件州的稅法規定計算，部分州甚至會對運費徵稅。

• 根據 加州法律（CRV California Redemption Value），飲料商品會有額外費用。

• Sales Tax: Calculated based on state tax laws applicable to the shipping destination. Some states may also tax shipping fees.
• California Surcharge: Per California law, a CRV (California Redemption Value) fee is applied to beverage products.

📍 運送延遲或配送失敗狀況 Shipping Delays or Failures

iTaiwan Foods 不負責因以下情況造成的延遲或失敗：

1. 商品缺貨

2. 收件資訊錯誤或不完整

3. 客戶未簽收／未取件而導致的配送失敗（重新配送費用由客戶負擔）

4. 重大不可抗力因素（如自然災害、運輸中斷、政策限制）

iTaiwan Foods is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by:

1. Out-of-stock items.
2. Incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
3. Packages left undelivered or unsigned for at the destination. Redelivery fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
4. Force majeure events, such as natural disasters, transportation issues, or policy restrictions.
