Shipping Scope and Restrictions

• Shipping Coverage: Limited to the 48 contiguous states of the United States. Excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories.
• Unavailable Locations: Shipments cannot be made to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or international destinations.

Important: Ensure the recipient’s name, shipping address, and contact details are accurate. iTaiwan Foods is not responsible for delivery failures or refunds caused by incomplete or incorrect information. Customers are advised to contact the shipping carrier directly for resolution in such cases.

Shipping Policy

1. Regular Products: In-stock items will be shipped within 2-3 business days after the order is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).
2. Pre-Order Products: Available only during specified festive periods or pre-order windows. Pre-orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.
3. Frozen Products:
   • Limited to specific frozen items to ensure quality. Frozen products must be ordered separately and cannot be combined with regular items in the same order.
   • Shipping Method: UPS or USPS (depending on the destination).
   • Delivery Timeframe:
     • Non-California States: 2-day shipping.
     • California: Next-day shipping.

Shipping Fees and Free Shipping Offer

• Shipping Fees: Calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the purchased items and the actual shipping fees charged by UPS.
• Free Shipping: Orders containing regular products (non-frozen) qualify for free shipping when the total order amount exceeds $99 (after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping fees).

Delivery Time

• Processing Time: Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days after confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Estimated Delivery Time: Packages are expected to arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to stock availability, address accuracy, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit Cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover
• Debit Cards

Not Accepted: Credit cards issued outside the U.S., gift cards, cash, checks, or money orders.

Payment Policy:

• Payments are charged upon order confirmation. If payment fails, the order will be automatically canceled, and refunds will be processed within 2-14 business days back to the original payment method.
• For security purposes, some orders may require pre-authorization. The pre-authorized amount will only be held temporarily and will not be formally charged.

Sales Tax and Additional Fees

• Sales Tax: Calculated based on state tax laws applicable to the shipping destination. Some states may also tax shipping fees.
• California Surcharge: Per California law, a CRV (California Redemption Value) fee is applied to beverage products.

Shipping Delays or Failures

iTaiwan Foods is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by:

1. Out-of-stock items.
2. Incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
3. Packages left undelivered or unsigned for at the destination. Redelivery fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
4. Force majeure events, such as natural disasters, transportation issues, or policy restrictions.
