Payment Method:
iTaiwanFoods accepts payment methods such as Authorize.net (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, etc.).
After the transaction is completed, you will receive an order confirmation letter. If you have not received the confirmation letter, please contact cs@iTaiwanFoods.com directly to confirm whether the order is established or not.
Credit Card Payment:
If the payment is not completed within one hour after the order is established, the system will automatically cancel the order.
Please confirm that the information is consistent with the bank account information of the card holder. If the payment fails, it is recommended to contact the card issuing bank to check the details and fill in again.
Shipping Process & Calculation:
For nationwide delivery, the actual UPS shipping cost is estimated based on product weight and volume, and free delivery is available for orders over $99. Only applicable to the 48 continental states of the United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, and other regions.
iTaiwanFoods will deliver the package to you through third-party logistics. The delivery date listed on our website is reference time which is forecasted based on the inventory status, normal processing procedures, delivery time, and destination.

Due to the following circumstances, iTaiwanFoods is NOT responsible for the delay of your orders:
● If your order is out of stock, there will be a partial delay in order delivery.
● The recipient’s name or address is inaccurate or not valid.
● No one is available to sign up for the delivery of the order, resulting in the cost and related consequences of the repeated distribution.
● Force majeure such as natural disasters, political factors, regional demonstrations or strikes, etc.
Out-of-stock handling:
If any product in your order is out of stock, iTaiwanFoods may temporarily cancel your order, or cancel the out-of-stock product in the order. iTaiwanFoods will send a reminder email and refund the price difference.
