iTaiwan Foods is committed to providing a secure shopping experience and high-quality after-sales service. To ensure food safety and product integrity, all sales are final, and returns are not accepted.

Exceptions: Refunds are available for orders that meet the following conditions due to shipping-related issues:

  • Packaging damage caused during transit.
  • Product quality issues.
  • Missing or incorrectly shipped items.

To request a refund, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your package. Provide the following information to facilitate processing:

  • Order number.
  • Clear images of the damaged or defective products.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested under the following conditions:

  1. Damage, incorrect shipment, missing items, or expiration during transit.
  2. Quality issues with the product.
  3. Packaging damage during shipping that renders the product unusable.

Refund Application Process

      • Clear photos of the damaged, incorrect, or defective items.

    • Our customer service team will respond within 1-3 business days to assist you with the refund process.
  3. Refund Processing:

    • Once your refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that additional processing time (usually 72 hours or longer) may be required by your credit card company.

Refund Exclusions

Refund requests will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Submission Deadline: Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after package delivery will not be accepted.
  • Product Nature: Food products without quality issues are not eligible for refunds.
  • Special Conditions:
    • Items explicitly marked as near-expiration or with known defects at the time of purchase.
    • Clearance or discounted items, except for damages incurred during shipping.
  • Shipping Issues:
    • Delays caused by external factors such as shipping carrier delays.
    • Packages left unclaimed or undelivered due to absence of a recipient.
  • Personal Reasons: Refunds are not available for reasons such as personal preference or mismatched expectations after purchase.
